Bedtime: 2am
Wake up time: 550am

Gratitude: my friends
Beauty: washed make up off, wore sunscreen
Outfit: travel out fit and going out outfit- okay so this weekend i was disatisfied with my clothing. i was unhappy with my outfits. just feels like i was lacking in outfit options and didnt like how i look. i think i will fully explore this in a post.
Vitamins: forgot vitamins at home
HOME
n/a i am out of town this weekend, but i did try to be more mindful about my friend's home. picked up after them and made sure my stuff was picked up more than usual
RELATIONSHIPS
J: we texted and we talked a bit throughout the weekend. missed eachother even while i was away
Friends: spent a wonderful wonderful weekend with friends. texted with jo a lot as she deals with the first day of being a mother. also texted a bit with friend Mo who i havent had a chance to catch up with in a while
Family: n/a
MONEY/CAREER
Making $: working $190 take home pay
Spending $: day 2 of weekend expenses. ill add it all up tomorrow and see what the weekend trip cost me in total.
Saving $$: n/a
Investing $: $85.34 saved per day in 401k (my contribution and employers combined)
MOVEMENT
did walking in the city. not sure how many steps. let's see?? my phone's dead so cant check for now lol
FOOD- i wanna do a post on my food situation over the weekend along with a post on clothing over the weekend. lets reflect on the feelings here.

Lunchy- a bagel with cream cheese

Dinner- ramen, edemame

REMINDERS FOR TOMORROW
two days of having large amounts of carbs is OKAY. no pasa nada!!! there's no such thing as perfection so dont make it so that things have to be perfect. there's no such thing chiquita. you are going to just keep doing your best and you will make all your doctor apts feb 5th onwards. you're going to do your very best. this weeekend connecting with your two best friends was so good for you in fact that it connected you to the world in a way that eating a low carb diet just cannot. you will continue to work on this but you wont ever be perfect because there is no such thing. you got this Girly.
tomorrow you're going to just focus on being mindful and spending time with Joey <3 and on monday you have the WHOLE day for you babe.
