1. MOVEMENT Focus on moving my body every day for at least ten minutes. every single day move my body. this is my one and most important focus for october. all other focuses can wait.
2. FOOD Eat the foods that make my body feel good in the long run. if something gives me a tummy ache do not eat it. eat what makes you feel good. feeling good is the focus.
3. HOME by 10/15 have home fully unpacked. focus on finishing the unpacking process in your home. deep clean. organize closet, garage and spare bedroom. get house organized in next two weeks.
4. MONEY Second half of the month focus on setting up my side hustle. continue to have meeting with my partner for our joint goals and w self for individual goals w money.
5. SELF continue to do my psychoanalysis, focus on my beauty/hygiene rituals, quiet time, prayer/meditation, podcasts, books, honoring self, sex life
6. RELATIONSHIPS Carve time out for the realtionships that mean alot to me. my life partner, my parents, sisters and best friends. continue to carve time out to communicate with my grandparents.

these are the six focuses for this month & ideally, life. in order to do these six items, i need a good schedule and routine which i will be focusing on today and posting on today. i will also need to put into action the book that i read in September called "Tiny Habits".

LETS DO THIS OCTOBER. OCTOBER, ITS ME AND YOUUUUU. LETS DO ITTTT.
this is my aspiration ya'll. im not saying this is what is going to happen but this is my attempt to make some changes in my mind body spirit and use my schedule to do it the best I can.

its an experiment for the month of October!

ill change it as I see fit but this is what i am going for:

5am- wake up, brush teeth, wash face use restroom, put on walking outfit
530- prepare my oatmeal and eggs & feed dog/put collar on dog while eggs are cooking
545-eat breakfast and put shoes on for walk and take vitamins
6-630am- go on half hour walk with my doggo
630-645 shower, dry self and moisturize body and sunscreen and put robe on.
645-7am let myself dry while I do a 15 minute pick up and leave all my work stuff waiting for me at the door.
7-725- get dressed and do my hair
725-735 LAST TEN MINUTES TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE
735-8AM COMMUTE (use commute to talk on phone or listen to podcase/audio) connect with someone I love or learn
8am-9am check my schedule for the day and make sure my desk and office are in place for a day of success and do 10 minutes of stretching and 5 minute writing in dream width (daily check in with self w top things to achieve THAT DAY): FOCUS ON MY OCTOBER SIX : acronym SHRMMF
9-12- working
12-1 LUNCH: take phone apts, do errands, or hang with coworker bestie
1-130 EAT MY LUNCHY
1-4- working
4-530- getting ready for the afternoon: organize myself for the afternoon at home and do 15-20 minute work out
530-6 COMMUTE HOME and eat a small snack on way home (use time wisely for self growth)
6-630 get home, and SHOWER, let hair dry and do a facial mask
630-7 THIRTY MINUTE DINNER situation and prep lunch for next day
(insert ideas for 30 min dinners)
7-8 SIDE HUSTLE TIME OR HANG OUT WITH BAE TIME (possibility to go on another walk)
8-9 do a quick clean up around house. walk a little TV, Decompress and get my hair ready for tomorrow, night time beauty routine
(insert a routine of quick clean up for M-F)
9-10 get bag ready for tomorrow, quick clean up, get self into bed

SLEEP 10pm-5am = 7 hours nightly

what matters to me in terms of how I want to present to the world and most importantly to myself:

- clean and put together
- polished and chic
- elegant and elevated
- confident and accepting of my whole self
- approachable and classy
