Day ONE of my YEAR OF ALIGNMENT

ROUTINE
I had a really hard time waking up on time and being on time with work. this is nothing new but seriously struggling with my sleep schedule right now. I want to wake up earlier. I woke at 630 am instead of 5am which is my goal.
Acronym is SHRMMF
SELF
- got a manicure and pedicure after work in a color that i adore that will be easy to maintain, i wrote in Dreamwidth, I stretched, i had an analysis session during my lunch hour, i ordered some clothing from Macy's to try on, picked a pretty blazer for myself, gave myself a facial when i got home, working on organizing my closet
HOME
- J and I made dinner together, prepped our lunches for next day together and cleaned the kitchen (mildly) together
RELATIONSHIPS
-spent an afternoon with J & puppies watching National treasure
- talked on the phone with my little sister (who just started law school) for an hour while she cried and cried about how hard it was. poor baby.
MONEY/PROF
Didn't focus on this too much today. Which is actually a win in my book. Being honest with myself about money is a win for me. I guess now that I think about it, another win with money is that I'm working on less scarcity in my mindset and more abundance! BIG WINS for me.
MOVEMENT
Used my standing desk, stretched at work, walked total of 15 minutes while parking & walking to work
FOOD
B- eggs, turkey, tomatoe, avocado & coffee
L- Lentil soup
snack- 10 pistachios & plain McD cheesburger (ate this while stuck in traffic)
D- Salad with ground turkey
TOMORROW'S FOCUS
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO just recaped my day. For 10/5, im going to put extra emphasis on HOME. we have guests coming over on 10/6 and i want the house to look great so that'll be the focus today 10/5. lets do it.
