Bed Time: 11PM
Wake up time: 6:15AM
Leave the house time: 7:30AM

Mental: Getting exciting, getting ready to make this happen, facing my neediness
Gratitude: Grateful for Dreamwidth, my mother, my analyst, my job, my flexibility, my intelligence
Beauty: acne mask in the morning, cuticle oil in the morning, drinking my water, shaved legs, took make up off in evening and focused on moisturizing my skin
Outfit: Red top, black pants, leopard flats, red lipstick
Vitamins: Ovasitol, probiotic
HOME
My Personal Stuff: did not have the energy to do a clean up of my closet like i had planned.
Common space: common space is decent because of the guests we had over yesterday
Bedroom/Bath: did not have the energy to do a clean up bathroom like i had planned.
Outside/Garage: did not have the energy to do a clean up my garage like i had planned.
Declutter: n/a
RELATIONSHIPS
J: tonight we'll hang out after his therapy session: we hung out for a little bit but did not have quality time together
Friends: checked on Jo (her baby is due any day now)
Family: followed up with sisters/stepmom, booked tickets to visit my inlaws to be, corresponding with uncle and grandma
MONEY/CAREER
Making $: working $190 take home pay
Spending $: Spent $5 on food, spent $400 signing up for one year membership at gym
Saving $$: made my gym purchase in bulk in order to save in the long run, saved about $200 throughout the year
Investing $: $85.34 saved per day in 401k (my contribution and employers combined)
MOVEMENT
Stretching: stretched in zumba class
Cardio: completed a zumba class
Strength: did squats in zumba class
FOOD
Water- 3 cups at work,
Breaky- Sausage, egg, onion, and eggs
Lunchy- chickens, onion, bell pepper, and one dinner roll (36 ish grams of carbs)
Snacky- coffee and half a Madeline (10 grams of carbs) and some nuts
Dinner- salad and chicken tenders
coffee creamer carbs - 50 ish grams of carbs
TOTAL CARB ESTIMATION- 150 CARBS

11/1 Today is a big day for me. Im striving for progress not perfection.
11/2 So yesterday was a big day. it was not perfect. and i think that it all needs to be okay. it was my first time going to the gym since pre-pandemic. i was exhausted and unable to do anything else. i didn't clean my room or anything else but i did the best that i could and got to sleep early.
