Week #1 RECAP & REFLECTIONS
Oct. 12th, 2021 11:59 amWeek one was an interesting journey. Week one was tough and easy and great and not so great. week one had grief. week one had wins and losses.
Week one had struggles with J and it also had great moments with J.
week one i had money wins and also lots of expenses.
week one I ate smaller quanities of food but struggled with eating less carbs.
week one i was quite busy with socializing (after a few months of no socializing) but also struggled with making time with exercise.
Ive already started week 2 and Im noticing some little things.
I want to think about how I want week 2 to be different. I also want to avoid perfection. my mind loves to cling to the idea that i can perfect some thing. especially my life.
Looking forward towards week 2 of 52
I'm thinking that the three areas of focus will be
HOME, FOOD, MOVEMENT
i think these three really need some work.
- i want to finish fixing up my side of the room including my closet.
- I want to declutter the office, spare room, and garage. Its mostly joeys stuff so this poses an issue. I also need to stop thinking this will all be done at once. perfection is hurting me in this category.
- I want to come up with a desired plan for MOVEMENT & food. I NEED to leave less to chance and actually plan. then proceed with flexibility. so maybe i need to think PLAN FLEXIBLY.
SO THE THEME OF WEEK TWO WILL BE PLAN FLEXIBLY.
