Day #4 of YEAR OF ALIGNMENT

ROUTINE
Wake up time: 5:50 AM (Goal 5am)
Left the House at 7:45am (Goal 730am)
It was a really tough day and I allowed myself to not be strict with my schedule today. Tried to have that flexible mindset to be kind to myself.

Mental:
Beauty: starting day with facial exfoliation and left house with hair done and sunscreen and perfume on. I gave myself permission at the end of the day to lay in bed and feel really sad and grieve something i found out yesterday. something that shocked me a bit.
I wore some pretty heels, pretty top and a very nice outfit. Although i was rushing to work, i did spend five minutes taking care of my hair which is something i usually neglect
HOME
- starting morning by cleaning up the living room
- I Kept my bathroom clean, hung my clothing, J cleaned the kitchen, dinner and lunch was prepared
RELATIONSHIPS
- calm early morning J didnt wake up on time to do our early morning routine. i remained flexible and relaxed and understood he was not feeling well.
- made plans to do a zoom call with two friends (co-workers I used to work with)
- J was flexible with me in the evening and cooked and cleaned.
MONEY/CAREER
- plan is to make returns at costco for money to come back in. costco didn't happen. i put my rest ahead of making returns.
- i did however convince J that we eat in the house instead of eating out which saved us the $38 dollars that ramen would have cost us.

FOOD
Water
Breaky- tomato, eggs, avocado, half avocado & coffee
Lunchy- fried rice and kung pao chicken
Snacky- half a yogurt
Dinner- small piece of pork bell, big salad, and some potatoes
had a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. big time comfort serving which was okay. i NEVER have sweets. it was a tough day. i did my best.
TOMORROW'S FOCUS
Continuing to let myself grieve, find enjoyment and peace in my day, focus on outting that i have tomorrow with co-workers, budget meeting with J, and picking a work out for my core.
