Day #3 of YEAR OF ALIGNMENT

ROUTINE
I WOKE UP AN ENTIRE HOUR EARLIER THAN DAY 1 AND 2. I actually got out of bed at 5:30am. My goal is 5AM but i think this was such a great win early on in the day. And to boot, J and I have worked on our early morning chores together every single morning for last three days (and slightly before that).
SHRMMF
SELF
I am leaving work two hours early to get myself ready for tonight. I'm going to sneak in an eyebrow threading before going to grocery store. Tonight I'll also be working on my exfoliation process of my face.
Today I wore some bold purple toned lipstick, primer and new nude pointy shoes. All little things that add to my process of taking care of myself in a brand new way. (post on this later).
update: i definitely left work on time and i definitely got my eye brows done. took off my make up and flossed my teeth before bed.
HOME
Tonight I'll need to do some last minute picking up around the house for our guests who are coming over and my one goal here is to leave the sink clean by end of night if nothing else.
update: i made sure that i went to sleep with all the dishes done!
RELATIONSHIPS
Tonight's focus of relationships will be with our couple friends who are coming over. We havent spent time with them in over six months so this is a much needed hang out.
MONEY
Instead of ordering food out today I'm going to be buying prepared food from trader joe's. It will be a super yummy asian themed meal for half the price of what it would cost to order. Inexpensive way of hanging out with friends but also treating them to a nice meal.
MOVEMENT
15 minutes of YOGA (specific to stretch and strengthen my psoas muscle) during my lunch hour, surprisingly kicked my butt. I'm going to try to do the same video tomorrow morning and activities due to hosting duties.
FOOD
this feels a little hard for me today because my food options were not my preference.
B- turkey, eggs, avocado, tomato & coffee
L- Torta with shredded chicken and 15 baked fries (note to self: gave you acid reflux)
vitamins- coq10 & vitamin D
S- starbucks latte & bacon gouda sandwhich
D- Trader joes asian themed prepared food: fried rice & kung pao chicken
TOMORROW'S FOCUS
Today's focus is super focused on hosting and relationships. Tomorrow my focus will be on money and movement the two M'S. tomorrow i am going to start working on some refunds, reimbursements and other money related things as well as deciding on a core and psoas work out i want to do a few times per week.
